Many of you recognize this logo. For those of you who don't, this represents our annual Bounty of the Valley event! It is Saturday, November 12 from 5 - 10 pm. We are again able to have it at Rancho San Antonio in Buellton. For those of you who were there last year, you know what a beautiful venue it is and what an amazing event it is!
We have fewer tickets available this year so PLEASE get your tickets now. You can buy them online via our website, here.
You may be aware of the hum around school of business that comes with preparing for Bounty. I'm going to give you information each week about a different part of Bounty and how you might be able to help or participate! This week, we're talking about wine - a specialty for The Family School and something people look forward to at Bounty! This year, Kyle Lemon, is in charge of procuring wine for the event.
Here are some words from him:
"Greetings to all,
As a fellow parent and Board Member, I would like to personally welcome everyone to what promises to be a very exciting year of learning and fellowship – the very essence of what makes our Family School. The energy on campus this year is palpable, and I look forward to watching the continued growth of our children while we strive to ensure the long-term viability of the unique teaching environment and curriculum our school offers.
As you are no doubt aware, Bounty of the Valley is our largest fundraiser of the year and will take place on November 12, 2016. This rather amazing evening highlights the intersection of our wonderful little school with the riches of the valley surrounding it. Obviously, wine will play a central role during this evening of amazing food and drink.
In addition to enjoying a glass or four of wine during the celebration, we will be hosting a silent auction and wine toss to further support fundraising for the school.
This is the reason I am reaching out to you today.
Many of us are members at some of the amazing vineyards up and down the Central Coast. I am asking you, if you are willing, to reach out to some of these businesses in an effort to secure donations of wine and/or complimentary tastings we can then auction at our event. Any quantity is appreciated, but magnums and flights are especially helpful. In addition, if you yourself have a special bottle of wine you see fit to allow us to auction in an effort to support our school, we would be very appreciative.
I am attaching a letter you can utilize when reaching out to vineyards explaining the reason for your request and providing information about our school and fundraising goals. If you would like to donate a personal bottle of wine, you can drop it off in the office and we will ensure it is taken to our temperature controlled wine storage until the time of the event.
Thank you for your support of our school, and I look forward to celebrating with you at Bounty.

Here is the letter and forms Kyle mentions. I'm also attaching advertising order forms. There was an error in the ones I attached via email last week.
