Thurs. - Fri. Feb 9 & 10 - RD - PD Conferences. Noon Dismissal for all students. Limited childcare available for 12-3. BD-PD, sign up in the office, GD Sign up at GD.
Fri. Feb. 10 - Disney Raffle Ends. Please turn in your envelopes to the office.

Next Week: Feb. 13-17:
NO SCHOOL! Mid Winter Break.

Conference ASC Sign Up: Thursday and Friday, Feb. 9 & 10th are noon dismissal for all students, GD - PD, for conferences. We have limited spots available for 12-3 ASC.
We have 22 spots for BD - PD. Please sign up in the office if you need it.
We have 12 spots for GD students. Please sign up in the office if you need to use that.
If you don't sign up for the 12-3 ASC, we will expect your child to be picked up at noon. Thank you for help with this.

GD Needs: Green Door is looking for extra clothes. In particular, they could use boys pants (especially size 4-5) and children's socks. If you have any gently used clothing you would like to donate, please bring them to GD. Thank you.

BD Needs: Blue Door is still looking for shoe boxes for a project. They are also looking for post cards, note cards and stamps for their writing center. Thank you.

Tuition Assistance: Families interested in applying for Tuition Assistance for the 17/18 school year, the deadline is March 1st, 2017. Applications received after this deadline will be considered only if we have funds remaining.
Go to http://sss.nais.org/parents and follow the prompts. The Family School Code is 7140. Make sure to check it out early and see what documents they require.

Disney Raffle: Here's what's happening!
Each family will receive 12 raffle tickets to sell. But if you’d like to sell more (or buy for yourself), we will happily provide you with additional tickets!
Depending on how you sell your tickets (see prices below), you will return between $100 and $120.
Ticket pricing is as follows:
Price1 Ticket $10 6 Tickets $50 12 Tickets $100
Ticket stubs and money collected should be returned to Kay in the office once you have sold ALL tickets.
All ticket stubs and money should be returned in the provided envelope. Please be sure to mark the number of tickets sold and the amount of money included inside on the label provided.
Tickets stubs and money are due no later than Friday, February 10th.
Stubs should have name, phone # and email address for the buyer(s).
No more than 1,000 tickets will be sold.
Raffle prize: 4 Park Hopper Tickets for entrance to BOTH Disneyland Park and California Adventure Park (ticket expiration: 10/7/18) PLUS a 1-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Orange County (standard double bed room with occupancy for up to 4 guests)
Drawing date: February 23, 2017 at the All School Meeting. Need not be present to win.
