I love that SYVFS has created a community where every student, regardless of their background or abilities, feels valued and supported.

WHY I DO WHAT I DO

I don’t see what I do for a living as a job, as cliché as that sounds. It’s a chance to make a real difference in kids' lives every day. I love getting to support students, helping them grasp new concepts and build their confidence.

WHEN NOT AT SCHOOL

I do a variation of things! Binge-watch a good  TV show, watch movies, go kayaking, hiking, go out with my boyfriend to try a new restaurant,  Disneyland. The list can go on and on!

FAVORITE PLACE ON CAMPUS

“Mr. McPickles” tree area. It offers such a peaceful escape.
