WHAT I LOVE ABOUT SYVFS
I love the impressive nature that surrounds our school. This is a special place where kids get to explore and learn how to be kind, confident beings in a nurturing, joyful, and vibrant environment.
WHY I DO WHAT I DO
I love working with kids and believe each child deserves to be seen, heard, and valued for who they are. Their wonder, enthusiasm, and curiosity are contagious and inspiring.
WHEN NOT AT SCHOOL
I enjoy hiking, camping, and traveling with my family. I also love to read, paint, and practice yoga in my spare time.
FAVORITE PLACE ON CAMPUS
I love all the different outdoor play areas. There are so many wonderful spaces for students to explore outside and get in touch with nature.
FAVORITE SYVFS TRADITION
The Rodeo is a lot of fun. It’s great to see the whole community come out and celebrate together with good food and live music. I especially love the line dancing!
WE LOVE READING! HERE ARE SOME OF MY FAVORITE BOOKS FOR KIDS:
Ish By Peter H. Reynolds
Today I feel Silly And Other Moods That Make My Day by Jamie Lee Curtis
